An ETL or UL listing to UL 1741 is verifiable in public certification directories.
Why it matters
Until UL 3700 system certifications exist, a UL 1741/ETL-listed inverter is the strongest verifiable safety evidence a US plug-in kit can offer, because it covers the component where the acute electrical risks live. It is component evidence, though — not proof the complete kit is certified.
